The player is preferable on the move to Valencia however CELTA VIGO keep moving the goal posts regards the fee to both us and Valencia.

it’s a buyout clause you spaz, that’s why our bid was accepted. No goal posts were moved.
Celta want the swap deal with Valencia. Deal was all set to go through until we finally met the buyout clause. At that point they don’t get a choice.

We had an initial deal accepted, then Valencia got involved and Celta then came back and asked for us to meet his buy out clause.

Goose - that's not quite true. We only meet the buyout clause if we go to the La Liga HQ with the full funds and pay it in full.
Whilst we continue to discuss stage payments etc, we haven't truly met the buyout clause so they can still reject us on it if they choose to.
